This rice water conditioner bar is very nice. Lathers really well and makes my beach hair silky. First time using any type of bar shampoo or conditioner so was rather skeptical. Surprisingly it smells and works like it said it would. I am traveling and this will last longer than my month trip. The packaging is an added bonus. If I didn't need to use it could have just kept it closed and savored the scent.

I love this conditioner. I chose a bar for the first time to help reduce the amount of plastic we consume. It comes in a box (made of cardboard) and contains no plastic in the shipping or packaging. The product itself is wonderful, and the scent is amazing. The scent does not cling to my hair, but it makes me happy to use it. My (very short) hair is conditioned perfectly.There was a very slight learning curve in getting comfortable with using it, but I got past that within days. I love this stuff! I will never go back to bottled conditioner.

I love the shampoo and conditioner. I have stopped coloring my hair and wanted to use some healthier products. I really like the shampoo because it foams really well and cleans my hair without making it dry. You need to wet your hair well first to use the bars and when you do they are lovely. The conditioner takes any dry or wax feel away from shampooing your hair with hard water and leaves your hair soft and bouncy. A natural bouncy, I would advise anyone to try them

SECOND UPDATE - Viori did reach out again and offered to send me a replacement bar (after they first told me to handle the matter with Amazon, and I explained that the order was outside the return window). I do appreciate the follow up and their eventual position of standing behind their product.UPDATE - Interesting reply from the company. Apparently it's "normal" for their products to break into multiple pieces in just the first week of use. And, according to them, if your bar does happen to immediately break into pieces, the onis is on you to fix the problem.Here is the exact customer service reply given by Viori to my review (below) -"If your conditioner crumbles before 1/4" here are some troubleshooting options:* Melt the pieces in the microwave until pieces melt together and become liquid-like. Pour this liquid into something that can become a mold or shape-former for the conditioner. Make sure to line or grease the container so it can be removed easily. Suggestions are a small jar, muffin tin, ramekin dish, silicone muffin liner, or any small, empty container. Let it sit for 24-48 hours before using."" If the conditioner bar to break apart once it reaches 1/4" thickness. This is the nature of shampoo, conditioner and soap bars."And again -"In the case that your shampoo crumbles before 1/4 here are some troubleshooting options:* Lightly soften the crumbles with a tiny bit of water inside the microwave. Leave it in for less than 10 seconds. Squeeze the pieces together and shape it the way you would like. Let it sit and dry out for 24-48 hours.* Another idea is, you can use a mesh soap bag and put the pieces inside there so that you can still use them."If this sounds like something you want to add to your to-do list when using a hair cleaning product, then by all means buy this product.ORIGINAL REVIEW -I've previously used Viori's Waterfall conditioner and liked it, so I thought of trying a different fragrance (Citrus). I'm not sure if this bar was simply a bad batch, or if this is normal for Viori (as this was only my second time trying their bars)... but the bar broke in half the very first time I used it, and then broke into additional multiple pieces the second time I used it. Making it all but unusable. I'm really disappointed in the product and thinking I should perhaps try another brand of conditioning bar to see if those is "normal" for such products.

Absolutely recommend this product 10x over!! It leaves my hair feeling light, soft, and healthy. I do a lot of bleaching and also heat damage like curling and flat irons. So I must have products that help the damage and promote growth. For the last 20yrs my hair wouldn’t grow past my elbows/mid back, but it seems to be helping with growth.If you’re lucky u can catch them on a 40% off amazon sale and I suggest stocking up then. But even at full price, I still suck it up bc it’s such an amazing product. I probably should mention if your hair is fairly long like mine, the conditioner bar does run out about 3/4 of the way thru the shampoo bar. So I’d recommend buying an extra conditioner bar. These are totally worth the $.

I’ve purchased this bar 3 times, and this will be my 4th. This last bar I purchased July 17, 2024 and I’m just now getting to the end sliver of the bar. I love the scent, and I liked it so much I purchased the same scent in the bar shampoo and body wash. They all preform well, my hair is soft from the conditioner and I’m now purchasing my 4th bar.

It's okaaayyyy. I was looking for a "The Earthling Co." dupe, and this falls very short.It's only alright, I will not repurchase this item. I have fine chin-length hair which makes it difficult to find products, however, this and fine hair causes zero issue - no residue left behind, no heaviness. It just does not provide that feeling of conditioned hair, does not help detangle, not during it's use, and not after.

Love Love Love…. This product never disappoints. I love how easy it is to use! My curls are incredibly soft, super moisturized, and tangle-free. Very lightweight, washes out, and leaves no nasty residue. Personally, the bar lasts way longer than most bottles, depending on your usage of course, there are no plastics, which is fantastic for our beautiful planet most importantly, AND more bang for your buck. It's a win-win**
