Excellent to mix with other ingredients. Really lovely garlic scent and strong flavor on cooking. Quick alternative to garlic cloves and mixes very evenly in sauces. So far I’ve used it for roasting vegetables (mixed with oil first), stir-frying and marinating meat. Will be adding to casseroles and soups next.

Very nice, almost paste-like consistency, that blends in much better than others that are little tiny pieces that you end up biting into. Wonderful, fresh-tasting flavor.
