I am quite satisfied with the performance. The tool to remove the filter from the hearing aid does not work well but I could work around it.

This is a newer version, replacing the type that originally came with my Oticon hearing aids. They work perfectly.

These wax guards are "OK" and they seem to work very well. However the over the top packaging adds considerably to the cost, and does nothing to improve usability, installation or performance. As I said, they work well and are a requirement for certain Omnicon hearing aids, you have no choice but to buy this model. Perhaps in a few years there may be some competitors to drive the price down.
