Bought as a gift to replace an old favorite, an established, decades-old, nostalgia-imbued, teapot that fell from a shelf and broke a heart as well as a teapot. Little sister to the rescue! And this lovely, spring-into-summer sunshine pot fits the place of the broken treasure perfectly. Perfect capacity; cheerful colors in the design; fits the teapot cozies one of us made for her and promptly lost then re-found just in time for our Boho friend here… Tea time is back to being a California-elegant affair, our version of what High Tea probably nothing like in Victorian Conservatories.

I absolutely love this teapot. The colors are vibrant and gorgeous...AND...it works like a teapot should! Forty ounces is VERY large for a ceramic teapot, and I have been looking for one this size. The way I use it: Once the kettle starts boiling, I fill the teapot with hot water and dump it out. Then I add tea leaves and or bags and pour in boiling water. According to the tea I'm using, I let it steep for 3 to 10 minutes. Pour into a cup and enjoy 4 large mugs of tea in the evening, especially, but I use it all the time now when I want more than one cup of tea. Did I say I loved this teapot?

Beautiful design with a bold color palette, perfect for adding flair to a room. A solid piece that feels quality made. Lid fits on snugly. I have not used for tea, just as a decoration.

This is a really nice looking teapot to keep out on the counter. It's a good size and have been using when I want a different type of tea from other people in my house.

Beautiful pot however the first one I ordered leaked. Figured it was a one off, maybe the pot wasn’t fully sealed. Returned to Amazon requested a replacement. The replacement was even worse-the whole entire bottom came off in the middle of me boiling water before work. The goodness I don’t have a gas stove, water spilled everywhere. This pot might be for decoration only. Amazon was great on the return process!

I absolutely LOVE it!! The colors are so vibrant. It's the perfect size. Very well made. Pours beautifully. I used 2 large Japanese green tea bags and filled it up. Made a perfect cup of tea.
