I had some problems falling a sleep and stay in sleep. A doctor suggested that I use Chamomile tea at night, but not the tea bag type. So, I shopped around and got this product on my second buy. I have been drinking every night, for almost two months, about 2 hours before the bed time. It really helped me to fall asleep faster and stay in sleep for many hours straight. I am pretty happy with this product so far.

I use this for my soap making and I find it kind of time consuming To remove the stems from each bud and most of this bag has stems everywhere that I cannot use in my soaps. By the time it remove the stems I only have half a bag left which is not good for the price value i paid for it.

I purchased these to add a little extra to bath salts. I have put them in my bath salts straight from the bag they ship in. I have also used a food processer to break them up a little bit to put in my bath salts as well as lotion bars. Very happy with the look and smell
