Life Extension Biotin, Vitamin B7, 600 mcg, 100 Capsules

These pills are actually really good. I used to take biotin a long time ago, but I had to stop because it cost me to have acne for some reason these pills don’t break me out which is why I love them. I highly suggest trying them if you have taken biotin in the past, but had to stop because of the acne the best way I can describe it is like it’s a lower dose kind of like a slow release typing so my face doesn’t break out, but I’m still getting all the benefits like hair nails, all that good stuff

Easy to swallowed

Took it everyday for a little more than 6 months and it grew my hair like crazy. Had to stop to begin laser. 10/10

my husbands hair is growing great

So these are better than what my husband had purchased at the store. His were way more mg than these. But even these are way more mg than they should be for an adult. One of these is 20 days worth of this nutrient for a normal adult. I wish I could find biotin with the correct dosage. Another issue with all these subscrip & save vitamins & such is that they have way too many mg & then you get so many in an order that you'd only need to get them delivered once a year or so, but the longest period of time you can subscribe & save is 6 months.
