I love the fact that I can have this set up and running in a minute and the same for breakdown. However, I broke the link between the door hook and the bracket you hook the hammock to. I think this is because I hold the cord and may be bypassing the pressure relief to get the stretch I need. I end up hanging my entire weight on it (140+ ish). I replaced the d ring thing with a piece of coat hanger that I wrapped through a few times. *I think it broke because I was bypassing the relief aspect. I still love this and use it every couple of days or as needed and will buy another but upgrade the connector :-) The day after I used this it sounded like a box of pop rocks went off in my neck when I got up from my nap and a lot of my pain and chronic neck popping has stopped since I started using it. I also don't have to use near as much weight to feel the pull if I use it consistently which the design makes and easy pleasure.

This works so well to relieve neck tension. It's a little awkward to get used to at first, but once you get the hang of it, its much easier to use. I used to lay on the bed every evening and my husband would pull on my neck, but when he was out of town, I found myself in need of a device that offered the same relief that I could do myself. It is to be used with a chair and incrementally adjusting the strap to increase tension. I have a small foldable stool, and I find it easier to leave the traction device at the ideal tension for me, and just lower myself down for quick relief rather than adjusting the strap everytime. There is a slight room for improvement. It works by hanging over a door, and it is pretty loud clunking against the door during use. Additionally, the strap release has a little yellow cap on it that often flies off. I may try to glue it on so I dont have to keep hunting for it. Despite some room for improvement, it is still a very effective device and I highly recommend.

To be honest, this one is a piece of trash don’t get it and waste your time and money. It is super uncomfortable and in fact it causes more pain than pleasure and it’s complicated and noisy. It’s just not so good. Do yourself a favor and not buy this and save your time because you’d wanna return it.

There are several reasons that I sent this back, The first reason is the design, the majority of the pull is on your chin, not the occipital area which is where cervical traction is supposed to come from. Pulling from the chin tilts your head backwards, which increases the curvature of your c-spine, which if you have an issue with your neck this is a really bad thing, and will cause more pain. When doing cervical traction the pull is supposed to come from the occipital area, this is the area on the back of your head that sticks out. However, compared to most cheaper traction devices on the market, this one is not as bad as some of the others. But for me as I have multiple issues in my neck, not just a pinched nerve, but I have permanent spasms, I did get some relief from it at first, but after the third day of using this, the muscles in the front of my neck started to get really sore, the strain of being stretched up by my chin was actually causing muscle strain, this is when I decided to send it back. It is also quite awkward to get in by yourself especially if you are in pain. You shouldn’t be using neck traction unless you have a problem in the first place, and if you have a problem then you probably have pain, and lifting your arms above your head and trying to get yourself in the right position and hook everything in and find the pulley is quite difficult when you’re in pain. It is a good price, and it does give some traction, out of the cheap options that are out there, this is probably one of the better ones, and if it’s all you can get/afford then using it carefully and in moderation would probably help.

It’s very cheap feeling, the little plastic finger guard release cover launched itself and It’s nowhere to be found. I’m going to give it a couple more days to see if I have a change of heart but it’s not going to change the lack of quality. If it works for what I need then it can feel cheap, it’s the end result that it matters!

Other than having sex, there is nothing that feels better than using this device if you have neck issues. Has revolutionized my life. I have given as a gift, too. I’d recommend a beach towel so it doesn’t mar the door. Should have thought that through first. Does not detract from 5 stars. This is the fourth version of this product that I have tried from different manufacturers, and across the similar items this reigns supreme. This is the only one that allows you to do what I call a therapeutic “deep stretch”. If you need a sign to buy this product…. Bing! GET IT

Good for a weight oof less than or equal to 20kg. Would break if it holds any body part(s) weighing more than 20kg.

lol what a joke of a device. The models they use for their images must all be 4'0 tall. I'm 6'2 and could not find any way to use this. Standing up is impossible on a regular door. Kneeling down is impossible to do for 20-30 mins. Sitting in the chair didn't work either. The most cheapest materials used for this. Do NOT waste your money and I feel for all the others with chronic neck pain
