Perfect fit, and noticeable difference in throttle response. Old clutch pictured would require more throttle to engage due to flat spots on rollers. Very durable as im pretty rough on equipment and I've done plenty of launches, wheelies etc. Major tool needed for install is an impact. Milwaukee 3/8 did the job just fine. Will be buying a second clutch for my other gy6 150cc atv.

Fantastic Performance upgrade over stock i have a 150cc Gy6 Tgb laser scooter only with an intake and exhaust mod for a performance i then added a gates power link c v t belt a 1500 rpm clutch springs and contra spring then I did this glixal high speed variator and the front glixal drive face as well you absolutely have to order the glyxel front drive face to pair it with this because it's like a hundred and fifteen millimeters tall in the factory g y six driveface is smaller than that so you will get all the performance.If you buy both, if you only buy one, you're basically buying it for looks also I only put about eight hundred miles on this bike and the copper, or whatever brass bushing in the center of the variator burnt out, it got so messed up already basically gone.It started rattling on the bike so I ordered a second one we'll see how many miles this one lasts.So far for twenty bucks, I really can't complain i'm 360lbs guy and with all these supporting mods to try and pull as much horsepower, I can out of this engine without doing a big boar kit this is absolutely a needed item and way cheaper than the ncy version i am going a solid fifty five miles per hour on flat what ten gram roller weight i'm sure this would help you go faster because I am holding the bike back due to my weight as long as you have an intake and exhaust and our jetted properly

Good part, gained about 5mph rollers are a bit heavy for buggys definitely get 10 or 11 gram weights

Easy install. Best bang for your buck. I wish they came with 11 gram or any other lower gram rollers. You will need to purchase rollers if you want the best performance.

This variator is larger than the factory giving the belt the capacity to ride higher achieving a higher top speed without loosing acceleration. worth every penny for an inexpensive upgrade on a gy6 150. I have used 50 plus of these and never had an issue or unsatisfied customer.

great durability and fits wonderfully. from research this larger disk, the more top-speed you will have because of variable size gearing. this is the largest one i could find that fits in a GY6, and i'm running 13g & 16g roller weights with 1000rpm clutch springs.

Los rodillos hacen ruido, el variado tiene rebabas qué dañan los rodillos, la polea sube más, pude pasar de 62 millas a 67 con estos pero no es de buena calidad aunque si obtienes más velocidad, creo que puliendo el canal donde pasan los rodillos pueden solucionar el problema de ruido y desgaste de rodillos, pero yo obte por variado marca oko
