An Excellent, Well Made Trick (although not original)
What a great trick. You can amaze yourself! This is very well made and should last years. The care and planning that went into the design is very much appreciated. I have a very similar trick (that I purchased from Amazon 2-3 years ago), but this takes it to a new level. I work with a bunch of engineers and developers who are CONVINCED that they know how every trick is done (they will create the most ridiculously elaborate "solutions" to the most mundane tricks). Only one person made a guess; he said that I had a tiny digital scale in my palm, and the weight of the cylinder would tell me the missing color. Really!I have shown this to over a dozen people and they are stymied.I do this twice for each spectator (or group). First time they KNOW the color, the second time they load it into the bag blindly (this way I am proving that I cannot read their minds!

Fun overall trick for both amateur and professional!
Throughout my life I have enjoyed dabbling in magic tricks. There is nothing more fun than watching the surprised looks on people when they can't figure it out. This trick "Super Sight" is one of those. Once you learn the trick and practice you will be fooling your friends. It easily fits into the pocket and can be performed anywhere. There is no special set up so you can pull it out of your pocket and start performing. Make up your own "patter" on how you came about this odd brass cylinder. Check out some of the videos on 'You Tube" for how some perform the trick and the quality build. Have fun with magic.

Very proffetional and high quality
This professional magic trick locks right out of a professional magic show. Sure to amaze the spectators each time. It is also very well made with quality materials and is sure to last.Best part is you can let your spectators inspect it and they will never guess how it works you not even if they try for days (unless they are really experienced with magic). You can even challenge them to do the trick on you or someone else.Things to pay attention to: You have to ask the volunteer to screw the lid all the way or it will not work and best to make sure yourself before guessing the selected color.make sure the spectators see very clearly you cant possibly open the lid and pickread the instructions carefully

Four Stars
Well made. A little more care in placing indicator would have made it a 5 star.

Great Trick
I like to perform mini tricks on the fly.... I always have a deck of cards and some coins on hand. This is the perfect pocket trick that can be performed anywhere. It also has a fool proof gimmick that is very difficult to figure out. I like that all parts can be inspected and this trick can be performed over and over and the magician doesn't even have to touch the items.

Devastating and Durable!
This is a very well made gimmick down to the smallest detail. The durability will make it last a long, long time. Even the keenest spectator gets baffled by this one. My friend was begging me to know the secret. I let him hold onto it all day long and he still didn't get it. This one is a must-have.DO IT. UNLEASH YOUR MENTAL POWERS! :)

Heirloom quality props, easy to learn, but pricey for a quick, single use trick
Super Sight is a very simple, straightforward trick. On the plus side, this is very direct magic, it is easy to do, and the Super Sight is made out of heirloom quality, machined brass. On the downside, will only take a few minutes to perform. The price is more than justified by the quality of the props, but for a beginning magician you will get more mileage out of a book or video of self-working card tricks and a new pack of bicycle cards.Basically, you have a brass canister and 5 brass tokens. The spectator is instructed to place all but one of the brass tokens in the canister and close the lid tightly. The magician then reads their mind, telling them which brass token they held back. (If you want to see a performance of this (and I would suggest that you do so before you buy it) you can find it on the MagicMakers website.)The trick is simple and easy to do. You will be up and running after a single read. The instruction card is easy to read, the trick is well described, and there is even a simple mnemonic supplied to make the interpretation nearly foolproof. The canister is made out of machined brass as are the tokens, which are enameled in different colors. These are extremely well made props and should last a lifetime. The set also comes with a small velvet bag for storage. On the upside, it is extremely well made, simple, and straightforward. The audience could inspect the brass container and the tokens before and after the trick. This is not to say that someone couldn't figure out the trick, but nothing that you see on either the cylinder or the brass tokens themselves would stand out as unusual. (The prinicple is simple enough, and I pretty much figured it out before I even received the product, but the way it is executed is not obvious. To figure out the 'secret' someone would have to be very observant and play with the props for a while and, obviously, you will not let them do so.)On the downside, Super Sight is a one trick pony that--if presented as suggested--will take just a few minutes to perform. The question you would have to ask, then, is whether this will work for you and whether it is worth the price of admission.Of course, magic props are only limited by your creativity... You could strech things out with some creative patter and/or involve five members of the audience to hold one of the rings and choose which one to hold back. You could work in some sleight of hand transpositions of the disks using the cup or turn the disks over and/or do a three card monte style effect with the disks after you find the spectator's disk.... the possibilities are limitless, but only the basic trick is taught using the educational materials supplied.(If you don't believe that you can use a simple magic prop to make a trick that is entertaining and amazing, look up Penn and Teller doing the ball and vase trick. They get 5 intriguing minutes of entertaining magic out of a throw-away prop that you can find in virtually every beginner magic kit that is aimed at kids.)In the end, Super Sight is a simple, direct, and easy to do trick. The cost of the trick may seem high, but it is more than justified by the quality of the solid brass props. It might be a nice interlude between other tricks, but--as taught by MagicMakers here--it is interesting but not an 'aha!' moment. If you embellish with patter and add additional stages of the trick, you could transform it into a more strong, magical moment, but--as noted above--you would need to figure out how to do this yourself. It gets major points for being so well made, but--given the price and limitations--it's not my cup of tea.

A nice item that really baffles your audience
It’s very well made and with a minimum amount of practice is very easy to do (you don’t have to be a professional magician or even a magician at all for that matter). This effect really fools people. I work it into a mind reading act I do and it’s a great opener. With a bit of imagination there are a lot of possibilities for its use.
