Any one of you have a problem with the brush head coming off the handle?

Yes, my last order did have that problem. I purchased new ones (C3) at a local store and the bottom of the brush, the part that attaches to the handle was different inside. I don’t think these are original Philips brand.

Is the plague control better than the adaptive clean?

From what I was told over the phone by Phillips last year, the C3 toothbrush replaces the Adaptive Clean which was allegedly discontinued.

Will this fit the sonicare 4100 protective clean (model #hx681a)? it came with one brush head, but can't seem to find the c2 brushes.
