Still working well after 2 years
Used for the past 2 years on presta valve bike tires. Has worked well but battery finally wore out. Replaced the CR2032 and it works fine. Pressure readings from 20-50 psi on the different tires I have agree with the readings on the portable compressor I have.

Fancy Gauge, Fiddly Battery Cover
This little gadget is a cyclist’s best friend, assuming your best friend sometimes plays hard to get. It reads both Presta and Schrader, fits in a saddle pack, and is great for checking your pump’s lies about pressure. Occasionally it’s a bit touchy about getting a perfect seal, but once it’s on, it’s accurate and easy to read. Battery situation’s a bit meh… coin cells are fine, but cracking open that cover is a nail-ruining event unless you come armed with a tool. Still, it beats guessing your pressure by squeezing the tire like a caveman.

Easier than Spring Gauge, More Durable
I've had to toss many many low pressure mountain bike spring gauges in the trash when the mechanism fails for unknown reasons. I have rubber boots on them and keep them in sealed quart bags and they never leave my vehicle or storage. Somehow just using them or transporting them around is too much abuse or they are getting clogged with sealant so I bought a couple of these for testing. I think I'm done with accu gauges. This tool is lighter than a metal spring gauge, works with both shrader and presta, and comes in a nice padded cardboard case that is excellent for storing the tool in a gear bag if you've got the room. Much better than a 'rubber boot' on a spring gauge for protection. I only use them for presta, but it has been great as it measures to tenths of a lb and I think I believe the numbers for accuracy as well. Readings are repeatable and plenty precise for low pressure mountain bike tire adjustments. The digital readout is in my opinion easier to interpret than an analog gauge for a fixed reading. I like the audible sound the tool makes when the pressure has been read so I know when to remove it and look at the screen. Because the head swivels partially and because the screen doesn't need to be visible to take a pressure reading it is not at all awkward to get a reading. I always clear the valve of any potential sealant before using this tool and so far it has not clogged up. The screen illuminates which is also very helpful in low light situations. It is possible to get very precise air pressure by releasing with the tool if you need it but I've learned how many strokes of my pump I need (small pump moves about .1 lb per stroke) to make small adjustments to air pressure close enough for my uses, so I never need to do this or take a second reading and would rather not risk running any more sealant than necessary into the tool. I've only owned them for a few months so no complaints about battery life yet. It is of course helpful that holding down the power will turn the tool off instead of allowing it to turn itself off, but the auto shut off is key.If you are tired of heavy fragile mechanical spring gauges, give this a try and keep the box.

Small ACCURATE and easy to use.
I have several air pressure gauges, some cheap and some expensive but I’ve found price doesn’t guarantee accuracy. I have 4 to 5 go-to gauges that all read the same pressure to within 1psi so I know they are all reasonably accurate. I also have a pile of inaccurate gauges that reading vary wildly 2-10psi some costing way too much. This gauge now joins my pile of accurate go-to gauges and I like that it read to 0.1psi (although I can’t verify it’s that accurate to that level) but it’s nice to be able to repeat a pressure exactly.I purchased this gauge to travel on my motorcycle thinking the swivel head would work nicely between the spokes so I could read the gauge and apply it to the valve stem evenly and repeatedly, it’s nearly perfect! It remembers and displays the pressure even after you release it from the valve just in case you want to double check your work and it has a release valve to lower the pressure if the tire is overfilled which I rarely utilize. The only criticism I have is the gauge doesn’t turn itself ON when you press it to the valve stem, if it was OFF it stays off until you turn it on. So if it’s off, taking a reading is pointless. Just remember to turn it ON!So do I carry this gauge on the motorcycle? No.. I have a cheap accurate pencil gauge that I only paid $2 for that travels with me. It’s small, lightweight, durable, consistently accurate and tucks into my tank bag easily. I leave this new gauge at home in my go-to pile.. What’s my favorite most used gauge in my go-to pile? It’s my ACCU-RITE mechanical gauge with swivel head.. But.. this gauge is a close second..Remember, you need a pile of go-to gauges to compare against otherwise you simply don’t know if you air gauges are accurate or not.. this gauge is no exception.
