Works great for travel trailers
Took this for a 1,500 mile trial spin (with two e-bikes) on our travel trailer.Relatively easy to assemble.Strong yet light weight. This was on sale during an Amazon Black something event so price/ value outstanding.**Pro-tip: the rack is somewhat difficult to see from behind - recommend using reflective tape on the rack to improve visibility. I also wrapped some tape around the seat tube for even better visibility.

Works awesome
I returned the first rack I got it was junk. This one seems heavy duty it doesn’t rattle a bunch it’s easy to use and I love how it locks. Worth the money.

Great quality product
I bought this for our American fifth wheel as I didn’t want to keep putting our electric bikes in the back of the truck.Although it had to come from the states delivery was very quick.Assembly was easy and straight forward, the quality is very high, and it appears very strong too.We haven’t traveled with it yet but it is ready to go for our next trip

Solid, well made
We've used this to carry bikes for a couple hundred kilometres, and so far it works really well. The assembly video makes it easy to put together. The video also shows how to mount your bikes, which helps ensure you're going it correctly. Putting the bikes on the carrier is pretty quick and easy. The locking capability is nice, you can leave your bikes on the carrier while you run some last minute errands and feel confident the bikes will still be there. It feels solid and well made, should work well on the back of an RV as well as a car.

Rugged, secure, well built!
This is for the 2022 version, which I purchased as it saved $240 over the 2023 version ($359 vs $599). It arrived by US Mail in two days. It was well packed and in perfect condition. It included all tools required, as well as two keys that lock both the two cross bar locks as well as the pin lock that adds some level of protection from someone removing the entire rack from your RV or truck. We just purchased two e-bikes (52lbs each) and we were concerned about our 20 year old hanger based bike rack not being able to withstand the weight (plus we didn't want our new expensive bikes hanging by their cross bar).I have heard of this manufacturer, but I purchased it based on reviews and it was one of the very few that are RV rated and we are using it with a camper trailer. It took me about 20 minutes to put together. The instructions were pretty much only pictures, but they were very clear and in full color. I do think it would have been helpful to stress that the four wheel wells need to be offset, as I did not see that point (it was noted in text on the very last page, where it shows you how to mount the bike to the rack) in the pictures only version. It took me only about 10 minutes to correct the wheel holders but it was annoying. The unit is heavily built and is very solid, folds up for storage, and the two bike cross rail hooks are very well padded with soft rubber. The unit folds up for storage and to allow mounting of the bikes. The center upright is held in place with a slip pin, and you simply pull it out to fold the bar downward so that you can easily mount the bike on the backside. I would recommend a locking pin to replace the one provided by the seller on this hinged movement, but that is probably only required if you have a single bike on it (because if you only have a single bike, on the backside of the rack, you could fold down the center bar, even with the crossbar hook locked, and probably get the bike loose from the rack...haven't tested it, but I imagine you could.)Recommendations: It should have a hole of some kind as part of the main 2" mount to allow for a 5/8" security cable to run through like my old rack had. Now I have to figure out now how to secure a cable around my two bikes on this rack to reduce theft risk.
