After reading lots of reviews, I’m so excited and pleased with my new bag! A few reviews said it was small... not so! I carry everything but the kitchen sink, and this bag holds it all with extra room. With two separate zipper compartments, I put my most often quick-grab items in one side (wallet, masks, external phone charger, my TENS unit for my back, gum, mints, as well as the shoulder strap should I want to use it anytime). In the other side I put my “kitchen junk drawer” stuff (multiple notepads and hard cover journal, wireless ear bud case, many pens, lipstick, Kleenex, and a pocket sized flashlight). In the end pocket, I put a medicine roller bottle and a bottle of vape liquid. I’m not sure my iPhone 7 will fit in the end pocket, but I’m ok tossing it into the purse itself. In the front zipper pockets I put a couple small items but I could pack 3x as much in each of them. I realized I forgot to put anything in the back zipper pocket, so there is a pic of my entire hand (flat palmed) in the pocket... it’s very large. And last but not least, a pic of my toddler raiding my purse for scale. The purse itself feels wonderful, so soft. There was a smell when I first unpacked it but it went away within a few hours. The color is beautiful, the gray being a good neutral for my wardrobe. The hardware are all shiny and thick, seeming to be quality. The zippers work well, with only one or two giving me that tug of opposition, which is common with a brand new zipper. I expect that will fade over the course of a week or two. Overall, I am super happy with my purchase and color choice! I tend to use my handbag daily, carrying it until it wears out, so if I find this bag to become poor quality too quickly, be sure I will edit this review. (Reviews are super important to me!)

I sometimes really dislike shopping for an everyday bag, as I feel I get so picky and I'll never find what I want. My requirements include: shoulder strap, roomy-but-not-too-big, lots of compartments (I may not use them all, but I like the options), fits in places like my car and desk. This bag meets almost all of these requirements.~ Strap: nice and adjustable, sits on my shoulder comfortably. I normally do not care for additional shorter straps, but on this bag they lay flat so they are not in the way.~ Compartments: this bag as lots of them! There are two big compartments that make up the bulk of the bag. They have individual zippers and are roomy enough to hold all of my "stuff," but nothing gets lost. There is a small zipper compartment on the back of the bag which is perfect to hold my keys. There are 3 smaller zippered compartments on the front of the bag, but I can't figure out what I would put in these - they are more for design to me. Lastly, there is a pocket on each side that closes with a snap. These are not super secure, but a good place to tuck a small bottle of water!~ Size: this bag is just the right size. It fits perfectly in my car and in my desk as work without being bulky and getting in the way. Plus, the material is very soft and doesn't have structure, so the bag fits where it is placed.This bag is the perfect amount of comfort, style and function. I'm so happy I got this!

Why I bought this product: Who doesn’t love a new purse hehe…I really wanted a big purse that could double as a diaper bag. Most diaper bags that are made to look stylish are expensive. This purse is classy, huge, lots of pocket space and works perfect as a diaper bag/purse. I bought it in grey and black.What I really like: I love the style of this, it is a very soft leather-type material. I typically do not like leather purses, but I do like this material as it is soft and does not ruin easily. I was even able to wash the purse out when some formula spilled inside. I just hand washed it and it held up which I was worried that it would not.What I really do not like: nothing, I love this purse. Although..it has a lot of metal zippers, so I do not recommend leaving it somewhere that it can get hot and the metal zippers can hurt to touch. I live in Arizona and left the purse in my car…poor choice on my part.Packaging: My item was shipped right away, and I received prompt notification. Having lots of pockets and compartments is a requirement for my purse. I like to keep things categorized so I can find them easily - especially if I'm driving or I have to tell someone where to find something in my purse. :-) This purse definitely fits the bill in that regard. I must say, although it has a lot of pockets, there were a few pocket locations that I had in my last purse that I will miss with this one. But overall, I like it! I like the soft material - more duffle bag-like than most stiff purses. I'm not crazy about all the shiny metal - zippers, accents, etc. I think the 'weak link' for this purse will be the thin lining material. Whenever I've had a purse with this lining material, it soon tore and all your contents start to hide between the lining and the purse - when it will have to be tossed. To slow this process down I have purchased pouches and things to put 'sharper' items into. Eventually it will still wear out, but hopefully I'll get a couple of years out of it by then. I'm guessing the outer material will outlast the inner lining. I like the feature that allows for using this as either an over the shoulder or a handbag, but with that comes rings that kind of just 'hang out' when not in use as a shoulder bag - but that's not a major concern. I also like its smaller size; as a 'petite' person, large purses look odd on us smaller women - and it was so difficult to find a purse in the 12" length range. This one is perfect in that regard!

Great mid-size purse. If you don't have to have everything but the kitchen sink in your purse this will work well for you. It is stylish and well made. Feels like soft leather! Love it!

I use this as my everyday purse, color is true to the photos. its soft, lots of pockets, has the option for a shoulder strap. I am very pleased with it. Price was good. No complaints at all.

Good colour, a little darker than the picture, actually that was perfect. Love it.

Lots of pockets and zippers

Loved the purse so much I bought it in 2 different colours. The material is like a really soft leather, the side pockets will fit my LG G4 (but will not snap shut which is ok as the pocket is so deep it doesn't need it). There are 2 large inner pockets and a rear pocket. The crossbody strap is very very long and can be adjusted, currently the purse sits on my hip and it is not at full length. Only drawback I've encountered is the little metal rings on the zipper pull tab are not all clinched tight, so 1 of the zips came off, I was able to put it back on easily and just pinched the ring shut with some pliers.
