I just received my watch earlier this week. Setting up the date and time was really easy. So far, I haven’t had any problems with the time. I find it very accurate in time keeping. I do quite a bit of physical work and my watch apparently can take a beating and it keeps on ticking. I bought this watch for about $200, so far, looks like I’m getting a lot of bang for my bucks. So, no complaints, 5 stars!

This watch is all one would expect from the brand Seiko. It would be good if this movement had 100% greater reserve energy. Leave it off your wrist for 16 hours, and it stops. Automatic watches of this movement type are not my favourite now.

Nice watch, genuine Seiko. Keeps decent time. Second hand *not* stoppable so if you want to set time to the second, you can't really. The sale made me uncomfortable. It arrived in an Amazon shipping box but the watch was in an obviously previously opened Seiko box, with a dog-eared manual that didn't fit the box. The box sleeve didn't seem to match the box. The whole thing was in a plastic bag that was tightly taped closed with clear tape. The watch is legit and seemed to have most of the protective clear sticky tabs on it. The secondary day wheel labels are in Arabic. There's no warranty card, not sure if there should be one. Not sure if that means anything or if the seller is an authorized dealer, or if that could mean anything. So to conclude, nice watch, beautiful condition but I feel a bit uneasy about its lineage. If you're going to sell what is listed as a 'new' Seiko why would it not be in its prestige factory packaging unless it's not 100% factory new?
