We have been using fast up for over a year so no issues so far, its difficult to tell if there are any real benefits with this as its difficult to measure. What I can say is that its easy and pleasant to take but in a year I have not had one cold or flu symptom, I feel that it does me good and I have had no side effects with any of the fastup products, so I'll continue taking these daily

Negatives: I guess they’re not the cheapest if you use them every single day, but I usually just have 1–2 tablets max when I really need it. I’ll definitely keep buying them — they’ve replaced the energy drinks I used to reach for, and I feel better not loading up on sugar. If you want an alternative, maybe check out Nuun or SIS tabs — I’ve tried them too but I keep coming back to Fast&Up for the taste and how quickly they dissolve. My favourite are the mixed berry flavour, I put them in water, juice, soda, lemonade etc. My hydration is super important because of the strong medication I have to take, these tablets keep my hydrated all day. The tablets dissolve quickly for their size and give me the vitamins I need that my medication flushes out. Their quality and value for money are 10/10.

Took these to Southeast Asia to help combat Bali belly. Best decision I ever made. This drink really packs a punch and rehydrates the whole body. They taste great, dont have any bad odours and as dissolvable tablets, are very versatile. I took these everywhere with me because it’s so easy to add to any drink. I’ve since used these as a hangover cure too. Excellent value for money

Taste nice, basically nonsugar you get what you see and it doesn't colour the water which is a plus as I find with some of these just makes the water bottle technically unwashable..I enjoy drinking it after a run

Not sure if it’s just the additional water intake after taking the these that’s giving me a hydrated feeling or if these really work. I’ve used quite a few of these hydration tablets and these aren’t the best but definitely not the worst. These take quite a while to dissolve and require a stir to get the final bite to vanish. Taste is ok not great tasting but not a horrible taste either. vitamin content seems reasonably good and better than other alternatives. Feel a slight energy boost after taking them and definitely feel more hydrated. I bought them in offer which made them great value for money however at full price they are similar to other alternatives.
