Great!
I ordered this on a whim and I love it. It makes a nice translucent tint to my resin with a nice shimmer. It was easy to mix in and didn't take much. I agree that not all containers contain the same amount but the difference isn't enough to make me feel like it isn't worth the price. I think some is due to settling but some is due to quality control. I weighed a couple containers and they weren't equal. Even the "less full" containers still have plenty for using for resin though. It doesn't take a lot. I haven't used all the colors yet but the ones I've used are beautiful. I think despite the slight quality control issue this is a great product. The product was packaged well, which is always a concern when ordering powder online. My daughter used a little as makeup and it also worked well for that application. Lasted her all day, even through playing sports.

Watercolor Paints
I was watching some videos, and decided I needed to make watercolors out of mica pigments. I purchased this set, because the reviews were excellent. Having read the reviews for many different Micas, I knew that some settling should be expected, and it was. But, the packaging was so much better than expected. Each bottle, which is wide mouthed, had an inside seal below the cap. That prevented the horror stories from some of the other brands. There was one jar that must have had a bit of the seal undone, but no big leakage, or anything like that - a few flakes on the top of the inside seal. For my purposes, I would say that some of the colors were so close, on the black paper, that I would consider them duplicates, though they look much different in the jar. I would also mention that many metallics work best on colored paper, but quite a few of these colors are so highly pigmented that they work beautifully on white paper as well.I am so pleased with how this project turned out. I ran out of my binder before I ran out of pigment. I would guess that I will get three to four pans out of each jar, and if you use watercolor, you know that will last some time. Though, I think the metallics are probably used up faster than regular watercolor pigments. I could not be happier and, when the time comes, I will be buying more.
