This Wasn't Made For A Person Like Me Yet...
A very interesting album. Obviously, this isn't my type of music. I could hardly stand most screaming in bands unless used at moments that count. This is and will probably be the only band I can really listen to who scream through their verses. By first glance I guess you can take this album as someone crying a lot about life. I take it as a album with a man losing himself. I think it might be a concept album a bit even. The way it starts with a door opening, a cough, and then a door shutting as he leaves in his last song makes me think so. It's about a man dealing with his inner demons. It's easy to judge a drug addict or a person with depression, or one with suicide tendencies. I know, I have done it in the past, ignoring people's problems. I've never thought of hurting myself, so why should anyone else? But my views on life shouldn't reflect everyone's.Okay so what I loved! Choruses are all on point. Catchy enough, none sound too bulls*** radio friendly, and all work. The vocals switch from yelling to singing works very very well too. Guy has a range. I also really love the instrumentals. Intense, powerful, such great breakdowns too. I really enjoy the different sounds of each song too, verses what I usually hear from these bands which is all the same fast punk type songs. This balances punk, heavy rock, metal, and more. I also think the guy has some very solid lyrics, and you can tell his heart is in this music. He pours his emotions out and cares little what others think. My two negatives is too much yelling/screaming. It's really just a personal view, but his clean vocals are so nice I'd love to hear more of that. It's such a shame he has to submit to his genres fault some. I think if he switched from more clean vocals to yelling only when bringing out a point would be even better use of his talent. My only other negative is it's too short. The CD ends in less than a 40 minute drive. I'd like a fifteen track CD.Anyway, from a person who likes bands like Nothing More, Three Days Grace (Old ones, not the new one), Islander, and so on, this was a big surprise for me. I bought it for my wife to enjoy (She loves falling in reverse/sleeping with sirens type) and I really got hooked. Very solid CD and I'll check out more from this band.

Surprisingly good
I didn't care much after listening to the samples on their first CD. I even went to a show late when I knew they were the opening act. Then I discovered the singer was from Attack Attack! and their name kept coming up so I gave this another listen. The samples do not do the album justice. The songs have different feels to them with one a little more punk than metal, one being more pop, but all of the songs are solid, catchy, and memorable. This CD will stay in rotation in my car for a long time. Give it a shot!

Fantastic Album!
I discovered these guys when I saw their ad on youtube. It was a fantastic song, and I can't get over it. I love this album. It's deep, with great messages, but it keeps the harder sound. I was blown away by how great this album is that I had to purchase it. I'm trying to go see them in concert, but I may not be able to make it! (pretty bummed). They're so good, that I'm way more excited to see them than I am to see the headliner (Slipknot).

Let me start by stating that I love hardcore punk and anything that hits hard while also featuring clean vocals. This album is great from beginning to end.The songs hit hard and the choruses soar. My favorites include "In Between", "Beaten in Lips", and "One More". But truthfully, every song is a winner. Even better, the lyrics feel pure and authentic. This hits its peak with the final song on the cd in which Caleb Shomo is literally crying in agony. Some people may hate on that, but it's right to share that type of genuine pain. For critique, some people may find the choruses a little repetitive. This is a fair criticism, but for my part I never really felt that way and found the hooks getting stuck in my head for days. This is a stunning debut for a band that has a bright future. If you get the opportunity, see them live. It only gets better.

Disgusting is a powerhouse of emotional cries.
Disgusting by Beartooth is raw, visceral, a cry from the heart. It's one of those albums that makes you want to jump up and down in both your physical, and mental realms; a cry from the heavens, as Caleb(Frontman) pours his bleeding heart into the music notes and melodically crafts it into a delight for the ear that touches both your metal nirvana and your wandering music lust, all in one. I am literally addicted to this album. Highly recommended for any metal/punk fiend.

Amazing!!!
This band is amazing!!! Lead singer is from a metal band names Attack Attack! and comes back to the music scene forming beartooth and unleashes his musical talent in singing songwriting and producing the album himself Caleb Shomo is quite the frontman you don't see in many bands today.

Great album from Caleb.Shomo and crew
This is the first album from the former lead singer of Attack! Attack! and his side project band Beartooth. I really enjoyed the album. It's a very metalcore sound, different from Attack! Attack!, but still very good. If you're into metalcore or post-hardcore music, this is a must listen. If you're a metal or rock fan, you should also check this out.

Disgustingly Good!
The album is perfect! I have listened to it since the release back in 2014. I love every song and listen to the songs almost daily and I never get bored of them. So I decided to pick up the vinyl to support the band and the media platform. The Vinyl is in nicely packaged in a nice glossy gate-fold cover. It comes with a download code card and has a pop out as part of the gate-fold.
