12 Pairs Women's Ankle High Sheer Socks

Did not shrink in the wash. Did not put in the dryer as it is made of very fine material and dries up pretty quickly. It is dry is about 1.5hrs I should say. Colors were perfect for everyday use when wearing flats. I’m thinking it is perfect for summer use now. However, it feels it would be warm enough for winter as well. Maybe a knee high one for winter, I would say. It will be a good gift idea for a bestie who loves to wear flats and not a fan of those low-cut socks that doesn’t stay put.

I have, for years been purchasing ankle high stockings to wear with jeans or slacks. Now, I can't find them anywhere. So I jumped on Amazon, and searched through all of the ratings, until this one seemed like the best fit for me. They arrived, and I like the look of them. They are very sheer, and DO NOT GRAB the fabric on my slacks, or bunch in my shoes. They don't push down from the movement of my jeans when I sit and stand a lot. They do not grab or "pinch" my legs uncomfortably. My toenails don't appear to be cutting the material when I wear them with closed toe shoes/boots. To test them, I wore one pair, with dress heels, dress boots, sneakers and casual flats (5 different day long wearings). There is not one pull or stress on the stockings yet. Since I have not gotten 2 full wearings from my former name-brand stockings, I am going to say that this is a TOTAL WIN! I can recommend these - I will order these again - I will hope that the manufacturer keeps this same quality for years to come -- I will be a dedicated customer.

At mid day the elastic has made an indentation on your leg. Durable. Long lasting. Perfect for work.

I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of these given the cheap price. They feel nice on the skin, and they're not too warm or itchy. In fact, I prefer these to going barefoot in most dress shoes because they prevent sweating, to an extent. I will say that they sometimes ride down a bit and they are not as long as I would have hoped, but they're definitely suitable for wearing with dress pants that aren't cropped. The nude ones make my feet look perfect, and the black ones look nice with black shoes and pants. They don't seem to snag that easily either, though that might change over time (even if it does, I've already gotten my money's worth). The nude pairs are kind of whitish instead of tan, so I would watch out if you have darker skin. Otherwise, if you're pale like me, both colors will look good on you. Overall, they're a really decent buy, especially for the amount of stuff I'm getting (12 pairs for less than 15 dollars!). I would definitely buy these again, although I hope I have enough here that I won't have to!

The height and weight are perfect for office wear.They stay in place for the first 3 wears, after that they get baggy and slide down to my ankle bone. Maybe one day there will be a sock that does not cut off circulation and slide down the leg.

Amended review: I ended up keeping these thinking I would wear with boots but have actually worn them with pants without a problem. My pant hems are long enough, and I'm able to pull these up high enough (although not as high as pictured) and the tops don't show at the ankle like I originally thought they would. These are soft and silky but don't seem to snag easily. I've hand washed and worn several times. I would order again. Original review: I ordered the Natural-2 and it’s a great color. Unfortunately, these come just above my ankle bone and not at all like pictured. I need something a couple inches taller so as to not to show under pants. I only tried on for a minute, but the fabric felt soft so if you’re looking for a shorter sock this might work for you. I would say I have average ankles, and the top band was stretchy but snug, so probably not great if you have thicker ankles.

Soft mesh. Good for open shoes and sneakers. I've been wearing them daily and I have only one sock that ripped.

Be ware this is so tiny it didn’t even reach my foot heal let alone ankle. USELESS

PROS: -smooth and slinky feel -not much thicker than usual but strong material -NO pilling or runs so far -cool and breathable, dries quickly -nice length, not so long that it sticks out of boots, but not so short that it leaves your skin exposed to rubbing (ends about 3 inches above my ankle bone) -cheap! Well worth the price CONS: -I wish the band looked a bit more flattering above my ankle. Maybe a scalloped edge, or lace or design, or SOMETHING would have been nice and not so old looking. -I also wish the toes were not a different look from the rest. (I don’t know if it’s reinforced or what but I just wish there was no line there) Overall SO happy with these! Have only been wearing and washing like 3 pairs so far and I expect them to hold up well. Considering that, this pack of 20 will last me forever! I wish I could find actual tights made like this. They are so comfortable and have a nice ‘cooling’ feel on my skin. They don’t seem to get sweaty or smelly. It’s nice to wear these in open toed shoes when it’s a bit too chilly to go without anything, or as a lighter option inside closed toe shoes to give your feet a bit more breathing space.
