Q: Can this be used on outside decking?

I have used mine outside. Mine is under cover working fine hut the outside salt air from the sea has tarnished the finish.

Q: The instructions are pretty hopeless. Neither box contains a template to use to cut out the work surface. Had anyone got the dimensions please?

No sorry I just returned the item was not fit for purpose
