Trudeau Melamine Mixing Bowls, Set of 3

These bowls are great, especially for the price. I use them constantly, wash them in the dishwasher constantly, and they have held up fantastically and look as new as the day I got them. The non-slip grips at the bottom are great and keep your bowls from scooting around while you're trying to whip, mix etc. The handle and pour spout are so handy and makes everything so much easier and more efficient. Why pay more for a set of similar bowls when you can just get these? I used to have a similar set from Crate & Barrel that was around $50, but I lost them in a break-up and didn't want to shell out another $50 if I didn't have to. I'm glad I chose these and I've recommended them to friends and family. I also ordered a set as a Xmas gift for my sister who is a baker and she loves them too.

Never thought I would have any strong feelings about something as simple as mixing bowls, but these are great. The bowls are the right size for a lot of different tasks, but what I like best about them is that the walls of the bowls are fairly tall. It's easy to whisk vigorously without worrying about the contacts splashing out. The pour spout is another great feature. They also come with a rubber ring on the bottom which stabilizes the bowl on the countertop while you are mixing ingredients.Just really thoughtfully designed and will likely last a really long time since they are melamine.

I bought these bowls from amazon in the jellybean colors - red, turquoise, and lime green - not the earth tone colors. I mention this because the colors are so cool and upbeat, they're much of the fun. But they're great mixing bowls - I like the non-slip bottoms, and they have just enough of a handle and pouring lip. And they're deep enough and the sides are vertical enough that what you're mixing stays in the bowl. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the price was very good - I bought these on the spur of the moment and only priced similar bowls in the store later.

I absolutely love this set of bowls! They are very sturdy and you can use them for practically anything. The best attributes are the lipped-handle, pouring spout and no stick/no slide surface on the bottom! They wash extremely well on the top rack of the dishwasher! We use the largest bowl for popcorn and other snacks. So whether you use it as a mixing bowl or to water plants, the three sizes are perfect. I'm delightfully surprised at how much I use them! Great product - great buy!

I bought 2 sets of these. I love the sizes, colors and handle/pour spout. BUT they just don’t stand up. You can use a hand mixer fine, but they always seem to crack and split on me. I bought the second set thinking it was user error, but out of the 6 bowls in total, I have only two left. And I am careful with them. Unfortunately I will not buy these again and will find another set.

These are really nice mixing / utility bowels. In 2002, while visiting San Diego, we stumbled into a kitchen store at a mall and I purchased a large white mixing bowel...saort on random. Over the years, I loved this bowel, it has a non-skid bottom, dishwasher safe and can do anything without reacting. I finally managed to break the bowel ( I was very very angry..ooops ). and quickly set about getting a replacement. These 3 bowels are great...I find the lager red own works pretty well for mixing and small salads. Need to get the larger white one. THESE ARE GREAT ! truly, de it salad, cake mixing, whatever..light weight, sturdy, dishwasher safe...great gift for anyone starting out and I have been cooking for 40 years ! GREAT BUY !

I bought these at least 3 years ago now. They get a good amount of use I'd say at minimum two times a month. They are great for mixing and pouring things with the lip and the pouring spout it makes for great pancake batter bowls. I have also used them to marinate chicken because it is easy to fit foil over the top because again the lip and spout. Fun color hasn't faded with normal hand and dishwasher washing. They have been dropped some but nothing extreme and they are still kicking; if anything happens to these I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again or for a friend.

The bright colors of these bowls initially caught my eye, as I'm always looking for ways to make kitchen chores seem like less of a chore! These bowls do the job. I am very pleased with them. I thought the handles looked somewhat small, and in fact, they are, but their design makes them quite easy to handle. The non-skid bases are a plus, too. The 3 sizes furnished cover most of my kitchen mixing jobs, and I like the Melamine as opposed to other plastics. Hard to go wrong with this terrific bowl set, especially at the price! You'll be looking for ways to spend MORE time in the kitchen! The 5-year warranty is a plus, too.
