I have some thin ones and they easly fall out wether i be just sitting or asleep, would these?

I roll a lot when I sleep and face first into the pillow and these haven't fallen out. I've had a lot of tunnels including metal fall out frequently when I sleep. They are not thin silicone and they have high walls. And they also didn't move when I swam. Hope this helps

It comes as a pair for each size of gauges and they are much better quality and much thicker than what you would find at like a Spencers or Hot Topic. Definitely worth the money. I also didn't realize that they were glow in the dark until I bought them. guess I didn't read the fine print.
