perfect
EVERY household should have one of these!! It's not just for camping or dooms-dayers.I live in a very big city for half the year and a very tiny town for the other half of the year. This bag is useful in both places. I'll give some tips here. First, you should rinse it out with hot water, just to get out any possible manufacturing "dust" and make sure no tiny bugs got in. Then, fill it completely with hot water and pour in just a couple of DROPS of bleach (about 1/8th of a teaspoon), cap the bag, and shake it or roll it around to help mix it in. This will sanitize the water, because then you should place the entire thing in a plastic trash bag (juuuust in case it should ever leak though that is highly unlikely because it is extremely rugged and durable) and just store it away in a closet or under the sink. You should drain it and refill it about every three months. And NOW you are prepared in case of an emergency. In both of my residences, my homes are susceptible to dangerous weather that can affect water quality or supply. Even flooding which doesn't destroy homes can bring contamination to your city's water table. Also, sometimes your city might need to do plumbing repairs to the main pipes, or there can be any number of reasons you might lose your water supply. This is when you can pull out your handy solar shower bag, which you were smart enough to have pre-filled, and place it in sunlight to heat up and use! The attached temperature gauge will keep you safe from scalding (for point of reference, remember that your body temperature is 98 degrees (36 Celcius), so anything lower than this will feel cool or cold on your skin). You can now use it to take full body showers, wash hands, brush teeth, wash dishes, or any number of other sanitary uses.DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT hang this bag from your bathroom's shower head!! This is a 10 GALLON bag of water - that's over 80 POUNDS!!! The weight of it may rip your shower head off and/or damage the plumbing!! Unless you have some way to support the weight of the bag in your bath, you'll need to shower with it as it was originally designed: outside. But you can still use it indoors for other things by setting it on the counter by the sink.

Absolute garbage
wish zero stars was an option. serves no purpose whatsoever. no handle to carry it by. almost impossible to hold. had to drag a box over to the faucet and prop the thing up to get water into it, took two people to manage filling it. flimsy string and grommets just gather the bag together if you try to carry it or hang it. Even after a massive struggle to get the damn thing into a tree, we left it all day and the water didn't even get luke warm... In arizona sun. second one split all along the seam the second we filled it with water. I have loved my coleman 3 gallon camp shower for years, thought it might be nice to try a larger one. don't bother. also, tube for shower nozzle is not attached in any way, it just slips over the opening. falls off every time you so much as look at it. spent the whole weekend picking it up out of the dirt as the water spilled all over the place.

Better than I expected
This thing performed better than I expected. It is really easy to use. Water storage space is great and it can get heavy. I fill it halfway up and then hang it and then just add more water as needed. No battery life to worry about. This thing is very durable and the shower nozzle works amazing. The sun heats the water up and it has a temp gauge built into the side. When not using just twist the valve on the nozzle and no leaking. Very durable. Used it for plenty of days and a full week of camping.

Great solar bag,-Lots of water for 2 people. Just needs a permanent clamp to hold tubing to bag,
Only 4 stars because the shower head and hose is not already attached to bag, and when I had to push tubing over the hose attachment on the bag it was hard, and could be weakened over time because there is no clamp to keep in place. But other than that, it is excellent and durable and huge shower bag for the money.

You have to buy more if you buy this
First things first we really needed something to take a shower with as we just recently had a house fire this is the only thing I could find that would work for us at a cheap price so I was super disappointed when I opened it up and the hose was bent and two spaces not allowing water to get through it the string to tied up with is super weak broke the lid was broke when we unpackaged it other than that it was awesome like the black bag part was very sturdy it holds the water like it says it will it can take a beating but if you buy this you're going to have to buy a sturdier string and a new pipe the shower faucet worked okay it is plastic but the shut-off does work nice but honestly I probably would not recommend this to anyone.

Too cheap to hold the weight of the water.
I pretty much knew the moment I received this item that it would not last. However for $15 I figured I'd give it a chance. The seam ripped out on the second use. The plastic in this shower bag is just way too light to hold the weight of 10 gallons of water. In addition, even though you may be able to get 10 gallons into it, there is about a gallon that remains unusable at the bottom of the bag when it's hanging due to the placement of the hose connection and how the bottom of the bag collapses with the weight of the water in it. We also re-rigged the hanging straps using cable and a spring hook as the thin lightweight rope and cheap plastic hook that came with the bag were clearly not appropriate to hold 80+ pounds of water. Having 10 gallons of water when I need to wash long hair or when it's cold enough that you would like to leave the water running while you shower would be AMAZING. Unfortunately, this product did not fill the bill.
