I have 32" (US Medium) waist and bought XL. Needed XXL in these. Very nice otherwise.

I normally wear a Large (36) in Mens underwear. Bought the XL thinking they would be fine. They are really small, Would need a XXL or an 3X to fit correctly

I should have gone with the X-Large size instead of large. I thought the 40-42 would be to big but not so...should have ordered the 40-42.I bought the 40-42 second time around and it fit fine until after first wash. The next size up would be perfect.

Material is comfortable, but a little on the small size. Made my wife laugh and call it a Banana Hammock

Not my favorite undies.
