I had a slight worry when they first came, but I called customer service and it was taken care of immediately. There was no wait on the phone, no language barrier, and the young man solved my conundrum instantly. These batteries hold more power than the original, even when it was new.My original battery for my Samsung Camcorder wasn't lasting very long, having these will give me all the power I need and then some!

Issue 1 - the batteries supplied with this charger were very difficult to slide into the charging platform. Even the original Samsung battery would not fit properly. Obviously there is no quality control.Issue 2 - the charging terminals that are supposed to make contact with the battery when (or if) it can be fully inserted were bent, loose and misaligned. Quality control? Typical for "Made in China."Issue 3 - The misaligned charging terminals ruined one of the new batteries and broke the plastic guide tab on the battery itself.Buyer beware - if you do purchase this item, carefully inspect it first, before trying to slide a battery into the charger. Now I get to experience the "fun" of trying to return this piece of ....

Product was a great value it just not fit my camera.

Batteries would not charge. Gave error message in camcorder and would shut down. Kastar was no help at all. Would not buy or recommend.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Product does not satisfy cameras requirements. Camera shuts down after 1-2 minutes of operation.

Batteries are thrid party and will not work with Samsung products, don't buy them
