Liquid seasoning - not a Soy-Sauce per se
It is a soy sauce based all-purpose liquid seasoning. It does resemble a light soy sauce, just a bit sharper and with a bit more punch, but without heaviness of dark soy sauce or tamari. Personally, I found it a bit too 'alcoholic' for my liking, so I am limited to which dishes I can use it with, which is slightly disappointing. It is not as versatile as Yondu, I'm afraid, but it will complement really nicely any cooked sour or/and spicy dishes. I can see it go well in a red meat marinade, as it is very flavoursome. It contains alcohol.

Excellent taste and GLUTEN FREE!
I liked the delivery time, nice and quick and well wrapped but not overdone in packaging. The flavour is perfect - it's so good to find a gluten free soy sauce. I've used it for "Velvet Chicken", and also for a stronger tasting vegetarian stock.
