I was taking vitamin D3 capsules but I take several neutraceuticals and I was getting tired of swallowing capsules. These are liquid and I never refuse to gulp them down.

1 drop and it is tasteless. I wasn't paying attention though, this does not have k2 in it. If you don't get out in the sun much, in the winter months, or if you use sunscreen, this will help to bring your D levels up.
