Great item...use these for multiple exercises on my multi gym

I bought these twice I use them to replace the chain on weight belt for weighted calisthenics they have held up with 80kg on pullups and 100kg on dips. I've also used climbing clips to easily set up gymnastics rings using these rather than the conventional straps that come with rings they usually take far longer to set up. The loop holes make it easy to adjust height of rings. I have also used it for weighted handstand pushups. They are very strong and can hold a lot of weight.

I bought these to use for working out, to hang chains from a barbell for accommodating resistance training. They work better than other items I've tried such as a barbell collar with a chain attachment. These were cheaper, easier to hang chains from and adjust.
