I've had it for less than a year. I bought 2 of these luggage from you last year - one black and one blue, I've got all invoices and receipts to show for it. I recently took both on the exact same trip and the other one is okay with no damage done to it but this one isn't.The airline that I flew with refused to take responsibility for it and so are you - the manufacturers. Who I'm I supposed to turn to? I am very disappointed with the way I've been treated. You should be able to stand by the warranty cover stated on your website and not sneakily try to distance yourself away from the issue. It's very misleading. One of the main reasons why I bought this was because of the so called "3 year warranty cover" which now sounds like a scam.Can you please do the right thing? I am in the process of relocating out of the country and I really NEED that box.

Purchased 29/4/18 - sent back for repair assessment on 22/6/18 as case zip started to come apart on my holiday - was worried this would result in case opening at an inopportune moment! . I have had no option but to pay £14 for the courtesy of sending this back to Samsonite assessment centre - the supplier is hesitant to pay my return cost and at the time of posting has not.Samsonite will not cover this cost. I think this is shoddy on behalf of them both. Had I purchased this from a high street shop, there would have been none of this nonsense. Quite happy to arrange to send it back for assessment after less than 2 months - but think it is appalling I have to pay for the privilege!

Ojo con las medidas. La compre teniendo en cuenta las medidas que ponen, para que fuera similar en tamaño a otra que tenia, y resulta que es mas pequeña de lo que yo pensaba, ya que las medidas son incluyendo asas, ruedas, etc, y eso no lo pone en ningun lado, por lo que me indujo a error. De todas formas es una buena maleta, y segun dice es la ideal para una semana de viaje, asi que me la quedo, pero dejo constancia del error en la descripcion del producto de que las medidas son asi.

Très belle lors de l'ouverture mais cassée dès le premier voyage (valise pleine).Je ne trouve pas ça normal que la valise se casse dès la première utilisation.

Unfortunately my case turned up and looks like it has been used, there was a tear on the case and no new product tags. The TSA lock code had also been set. I know it is used because whoever had it before me left part of their boarding tag from where they checked it in! See photos
