Exquisite
The stems were exquisite and healthy and extremely beautiful. The packaging and customer service were truly appreciated. I bought twice in a span of two months - gifted one set!

Quality of the product is very poor
Can I get a refund or replacement for the order? The quality is so poor that 3 out of 4 died in the last 15 days…I’m a regular buyer. I bought this last year also.

Nice but hardly any root or leaf
Love the healthy plant but it did not have any leaf...the ones that are visible in the pic have come out over the time the plant has been with me...I loved the packing and product...could have been bit better with a few leaves and root as well

Decent product

Damaged and yellow plant
I have ordered these bamboo sticks thrice since last year and always got good and healthy plants. But this time was highly disappointed to see broken tips and yellow leaves which obviously won't turn green again. I had recommended this to so many people but was not happy to see myself getting a poor and damaged plant. I have kept it in water hoping it won't die nd revive soon

Waste product
When I received the product it was looking good so I ordered again but after 20 days I noticed all sticks becoming yellow and then died after a month ,it seems they are of bad quality, wasted my money pls don't buy
