We’ve been using these for over half a year now, they really help my kids and they love the taste, I also appreciate they’re sugar free. My 7 year old with adhd falls asleep faster with these and is less emotional/anxious. My 4 year old with autism is also calmer with these, I had ran out and they weren’t taking anything for about 2 weeks and oh man were things crazy. My 4 year old was most affected for the past week he was just screaming and crying until he’d fall asleep, very hyper, lots of interesting loud vocal sounds during the day. Finally bought more and last night gave them 1 gummy and both knocked out peacefully, let’s just say I’m keeping these on hand for a while. Edit- I forgot to mention my 7 year old son has complained of leg cramps since he was around 2 that kept him from sleeping and since taking these he stopped complaining. We recently ran out of gummies again and his leg cramps have returned, he also suffers from constipation since he was a toddler so I give an extra gummy when things are not going as they should. Usually I just give my kids 1 before bed, I hope this helps anyone with similar issues and if they tastes weird or are open, you should let them know because these are delicious, we got a bad batch once and immediately was sent a replacement.

Bought these for my 6-year-old son who struggles with emotional melt-downs and anxiety. The first time, I took them with him. It tastes a lot like a natural fruit leather, which we both like. My son noticed a chalky aftertaste, which I thought was barely discernable but if you have a super sensitive palate like he does, may be noticeable. However, I followed them with some regular fruit gummies and it wasn't an issue. I noticed that when he would start to upset, it would resolve instead of going into a full-blown melt-down. Also, for a kid who loves video games more than anything and needs a ton of stimulation and interaction, he spent the last two hours of his free play time quietly playing with leftover plastic Easter eggs and an old phone. This is abnormal for a typically super-active, super-talkative, super-sensitive child. We are on day 3 and it's been much more peaceful around here. I say "we" because I have been taking them daily, too. I am very relaxed, but not drowsy after taking them. The initial reaction eventually subsides for me and then is followed by hours of productive focus. Like, seriously, productive focus, which is what I attribute to him playing with such an odd collection of items for so long on that first day. I would also like to mention that I take magnesium at night, the powdered kind, in water, to help me sleep. I previously tried this with my son, but it was too sour for him. It can make me really drowsy, which is why I take it right before bed. I find these gummies to be superior. Zero upset tummy from either of us. I have been looking for something for my 3 year old and to be honest there isn’t a lot out there for the age group. I didn’t want melatonin in the gummy but wanted something help him settle and go to sleep in a calm state. I tried the Dr. Moritz Sugar free magnesium gummies and after just a few days, I started seeing a difference. He would settle earlier in the evening and was getting a good sound sleep. We will continue using Dr. Moritz gummies, they work great!

Magnesium overall helps with many things including calming and helping stress BUT this is Magnesium Citrate. This is going to help with staying regular with bowel movements. If you want Magnesium that is calming then you need Magnesium GLYCINATE. Great product and love it for keeping the family regular!

We've tried 3 brands and so far this one is our favourite! They don't smell too amazing but the children prefer the taste this time! So far we've had great results, bedtime is a lot nicer and the children are sleeping so much better (which of course is better for all of us ❤️)
