Could I use this to wash dishes with?

It’s a natural olive oil soap flake so you can use it for anything really - I wash all ny wools and delicates and linen with it

Can it be used in HE machines

Owner should contact washing machine manufacturer. What I can tell them is I have used in a regular machine and there is no problem. In my experience this is a low sudsing soap.
