What are the actual dimensions of this part not the packaging. I need the whole dimensions please?

It fits perfectly over the cup holder in your car if you have an Audi 2018. I would not worry about dimensions. If you buy it and doesn’t fit return it.

Will this work with a magsafe case with the magnet ?

in my q5 2019 it works properly, no overheating. obviously with a phone having induction charging capability (iPhone)

Will this charge an Apple Watch?

It acts like any other wireless charger so it should charge an apple watch too

Does a Samsung Z Flip 3 with a case fit?

It should as long as the total size of the phone with the case, is less than the inside dimensions of the charger.
