Q: Does it work with a case on it? and does it work for the series 5?

With a case on it might not fit because it fits pretty tight without a case. I really can’t tell if it works with a series 5 since I bought it for a series 3 and the series 5 is a little bigger.

Q: Does this stand sit at 90° angle or does it tilt back once the watch is in it?

It does not sit at an angle, however, it is tight enough to connect the Apple Watch without issue.

Q: Does it work for 44mm series 6?

Yes, it works with the 44mmm series 6. What son has. I bought for him.
