Updated Review after prolong use and Rockwell repairs
Note - Rockwell sent technician after my review on bad insulation. Earlier - Freezer used to cut-off hardly for 3-4 hours a day even after negligible use. After thorough checking Technician showed me that there was faulty thermostat and he changed it. I am providing this updated feedback based on my observation after a week of change of thermostat -- 1. Good Compressor, fast cooling 2. Easy to use and design is good (esthetically). 3. After thermostat change, Freezer is ON for around 5 mins avg per hour if not used much. This is much more efficient. 4. Technician mentioned that insulation is gel based and not glass wool which gives much better insulation. I have revised my rating and feedback after Rockwell took the previous feedback seriously and sent technician to check and replace part for free. I really appreciate this step. However, I also urge Rockwell to have proper Quality check as thermostat is key part of any cooling unit and it should not be faulty in new Freezer.
