This salt is a must have! Great taste, love it had natural minerals we miss in our diets, and does not have those unhealthy ingredients. My holistic practitioner recommended this. I have both the coarse and fine for different uses. Just be aware: when using for cooking, it is really easy to over salt as it is very effective, so use a light hand until you discover the “power” of this.

edited review: while i really enjoy the flavor of this salt, it is slightly oily or wet, which renders the salt grinder unusable. and for the course grind, a grinder is definitely necessary. my friend, who ordered the fine grind, told me her salt was completely dry.I really like this salt! a couple of friends recommended it to me, and I’m glad they did because it’s all I use now; it’s slightly saltier than kosher salt, so I use less:
