Does this product come with trays? And what are the instructions on how to use this product?

No trays. I got my trays from my dentist and pola day was what they provided as the whitener. This is much cheaper.

What size are each syringe?

Each syringe is 5 inches long ... the plunger is 2 inches and the liquid receptacle is 3 inches.

How long do you leave the product on for? Do directions came with the product

I leave the product in for 30 minutes, but sometimes I get busy and they don't come out for an hour. Not harmful. There are directions. It's very simple to use and makes a huge difference. I got my first product and had my impressions taken at my dentist. Now I have the trays and can order the PolaDay online, which is cheaper.
