A healthy alternative
Having had oral cancer surgery, there are only a few things I can eat. Flt is one that I can enjoy. The bits of crunch are a nice surprise. Thank you.

Yummy chunky delicious
Really delicious, thick, chunky and yummy. Love it plain on a spoon or on low carb cookies or in low carb protein balls. If you love coconut, you'll love this.

Tasty
Not the same as eating the cookie but very good. I guess a lot of people that buy this product don't know that these nut butters are supposed to be running. I like all the flavors I have had from this brand. Sweet nut butter are great with pretzels or pancakes. I would buy again.

Taste and consistency
The taste is wonderful other than for me personally it’s a tiny bit too oily. But I really like it! There are not as many chunks of cookie as the advertisement shows but still plenty. It’s definitely filling, this container will last me a while! DONT forget to stir it really well, scraping the bottom, that’s where all the goodie is at :)
