Great little machine, pleasantly surprised!
Plugged in a keyboard, mouse and monitor and powered it up. Came right up into Windows 10 setup and it completed without an issues. Wired Ethernet, Wireless, HDMI audio all worked with no additional drivers needed. It's not a very high performance machine, but I was surprised that it didn't feel slow for basic web browsing. I then installed pfSense. There were some issues with the ZFS installer and subsequent boots. "SEND_FPDMA_QUEUED DATA SET MANAGEMENT" is the text to search for to find other instances of people experiencing this. UFS install worked fine and did not have this issue. I've not looked into it much further, but I have seem some possible workarounds posted online. Both Realtek Ethernet ports were detected and came up easily. The wireless (Intel AC 7265) cannot be used as an access point, as the hardware doesn't support HOSTAP mode. So far very happy with it!

Works well for WEB browsing and video viewing.
Good performance at this price point. Note that it’s not certified for running Windows 11.

Avoid this Product and Seller
I ordered this product and it suffered an out of the box failure with the Bluetooth. I tried everything to repair it on my own since neither the seller nor the manufacture returned my correspondence in a timely matter. When they did reply 'they' wanted me to brush the operating system (really brush the OS) Save yourself time and high blood pressure and look for a better product from a vendor that returns their customer's correspondence.

Unreliable, save your money
Spec on this looked like a great deal for the price and saw mostly positive reviews. Unfortunately, I had performance and reliability issues from the start. Had linux installed and after a day of usage it would crash until hard reset. This would happen repeatedly. Tried Windows and after setup would enter boot loop. Attempted to reinstall operating system again and no longer got any display output. Reached out to support and after they asked for a video and Amazon order number they disappeared on me.

Not so good with Opnsense
I bought a couple of these to use as firewalls since they have two Giga speed network connectors. Unfortunately FreeBSD does not have good Realtek drivers. The native drivers get Gigabit speeds but the connections drop out after an hour or so. The Realtek drivers only give 350 Mbps speeds and they also drop out after a day or two. As much as I like this litle PC, it cannot serve as firewall with either Opnsense or Pfsense. The return window had expired by the time I gave up trying to fix the issues, so I am stuck with them. One is a Windows 11 casual retro-gaming PC. Works beautifully for that, and the other one is still waiting for a new purpose.

Great little PC
Arrived on time. Nice packaging. I had a Gigiabyte BXBT-1900 before. Would not upgrade to windows 10. This device had a lot more USB 3ports and Gigabit Network ports. Worked first time out of the box with the usual setting up of Windows. Nice light weight box good response time on accessing either Office products or going onto the network. Nice to see a descent light on the box to indicate it is on. Some of the these smaller PC's have a little blue light which is hard to see. I like the fact you have various options for extra storage, NVME, SSD and a micro SD slot. 6G RAM is great better than some offerings of only 4G RAM.

Good for basic tasks
Ive never had a mini PC before and needed something to help woth basic websdesign and coding, this seems to tick the boxes so far. It arrived in a small package, with every needed, a power plug, HDMI and the PC. Setup took about 15-20 minutes. Ill be installing a fresh version of office as I want a different version. Ive only thrown basic tasks at it so far and seems good, the fan can be heard when running tasks but its ever so quiet shouldn't be too much of an issue. Overall good, built for purpose its intended to be used for.
