I am no beginner
I use this oil paint all the time. I have been painting for 60 years. What the “beginner” means is it is just less expensive.

I do a lot of ocean painting and this is the only blue I really use !! So hard to find in stores so I was so glad I found it ! Beautiful color and came fast !

Winton oil paint - an excellent buy for the money
Winsor & Newton oil paint is always reliably good. The student grade paint called "Winton" is a good choice, if you are finding the professional grade too expensive. The difference between student grade and professional is that the student grade has more medium in it, as compared with the minerals that give you the color. A tube of student grade paint will generally not last as long as professional grade, because it does not provide quite as good of coverage as professional grade. However, if the color is not one that you use much of, the student grade can be a very good choice.
