I own a Hastings carafe and use it EVERY day for my tea so I was super excited to see their new insulated flasks. It arrived today and it is as beautiful as the pictures. I bought the grey, which is a soft stone color. The outer cap has a wood grain look but is metal. The inner cap has a pop-up button that allows user to pour liquids out without unscrewing, or you can just remove the inner cap and drink. I like the versatility. I just filled it up and was pleased that it is completely leak-proof. I am looking forward to seeing how long it will keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. I also have found Hastings customer service to be top-notch, so I like giving this company business!

I bought the white one, and first of all it looks absolutely beautiful. There's a slight texture to it, and even though the cup/top is faux-wood, it still looks good. The cup holds the perfect amount of liquid, and the bottle keeps drinks warm for 3-4 hours.The mechanics worked well, the seal worked well (it does need a bit of getting used to at first, but it's really not a big deal), I don't know what else you could ask of a tea mug like that.I would say though - it's not really for travel. It's more of an office desk kind of mug. You can immediately see dents or scratches on it, and it does ruin the effect of its pristine, chic look, so you'll get the most out of it if you use it in a home/office environment.

Nice cup, well made. Keeps coffee hot for several hours, easy to clean

I really like the look/size of this flask, very sleek and modern and the wood-look cup is nice touch. Initially, I thought it was a bit small, but then upon reading product details I realized that the size was intended to fit in an automobile cupholder, which makes sense. I also found that the size is perfect for travel since I can just throw it in my tote bag without it being too heavy and weighing it down. My absolute favorite thing about this Fika though is the drinking/sipping feature. It pops up and down easily allowing cold/hot drinks to retain their temperature and the plastic rim FEELS more comfortable than drinking from a sharp metal rim (which I have found very uncomfortable with competitor's like Hydroflask).

I’ve been drinking hot tea out of mine. Stays hot, pours cleanly, no major issues. Neck is quite narrow, so getting a regular bottle brush inside is a bit of a struggle. Also, if you need to shake, swirl or stir what you put inside, don’t turn it upside down, it will leak.Otherwise pleased with my purchase.

The product is not terrible, but not great at all. First thing you notice is when you screw the top on or off, metal against metal sounds and feels terrible. But the worst thing is that after you drink from the top cup and close the thermos, the drink leaks a little bit; it gets worse after you’ve had a few drinks. The picture should show you what it looks like after I opened and closed the thermos three times. There is no way to get around this unless I wash the cup after each time I drink from it. It might be fine for water, but for coffee, it gets super messy.Anyway, it looks good though, but that’s about it.
