Amazing book and recipes
This book is everything I could have wanted. It has the meal plan, the shopping list, the information, and the recipes are delicious (except the mocha flax pancakes, I do not suggest that one). I’ve been trying so hard to find another book like this one since I love it so much. I have thyroid problems and am on medications for it and I’m feeling so much less bloated and more energy after just a week following this meal plan closely. Make sure you count your calories, some of the days in this plan don’t give sufficient calories for the day so it’s important to incorporate healthy snacks too. Try this! You won’t regret it.

Great recipes with various options!
This recipe book has been easy to follow, with not only delicious meals, but meals that do not require crazy ingredients that are inaccessible at a normal grocery store. I'm able to make these recipes quickly and easily, and the most important part, I enjoy them! I would highly recommend this receipt book to anyone that's dealing with thyroid issues.

this book was teaching me so much about what foods I shouldn't be eating and provides examples for meal planning during the week. everything was super organized in the book making it super simple on which diet you wanted to follow. really helped me feel better overall cause now i know how to incorporate healthy foods into a delicious meal. highly recommend

Hard to get ingredients
Wholesome recipes great for more vegan lifestyles. Better for larger cities. My small town doesn't provide a lot of spices called for.
