Great Exercise for everyone ! Open from the bottom, it’s a lot easier.
I love everything about this deck of cards except for the box. It’s almost impossible to open it without destroying the box. I found out that the best way to keep the box in a good shape is to open it from the bottom every time I used itThe cards are pretty sturdy and a little smaller than regular playing cards. I have been using it for myself and with my clients, adults with special needs. It is relaxing, meaningful and fun. I personally use it in order, each card has a number on it. However, with my clients, we like to mixed it all up then randomly pick one card just to make it more fun. I have not gone through all of the exercises, but I really like the ones that I did so far. The instructions are easy to follow and it’s flexible to adjust to my own need.If you are like me, wanted to do meditation but cannot sit still. This deck of cards is the perfect starting points. I like to pick one card in the morning and one card at night. It really helps me to slow down and connect with myself more.Highly recommended it .

Great Prompts!
These cards have some really great prompts for starting mindfulness practice. Take them out at the beginning of a meditation or have them with you while waiting in the doctor's office and pull one that fits the situation.One favorite is 3 Conscious Breaths:Stop whatever you are doing.Move ALL of your awareness to your breath,Become completely conscious of your breathing.Then in hale and exhale.inhale and exhaleinhale and exhale.Then notice how this very simple exercise brings you peace.Sweet!
