This stuff works like magic. I would never buy something different, this is the only sealant I will buy. Used it to fix a roof leak in Tampa, worked great, also used it to fix a leak on the roof of my grandmothers house (made of concrete) in the Dominican Republic which under heavy rain this sealant stopped the leak! Next I’ll order another can to fix a leak in my mother-in-laws house also in the DR.

Bought for waterproofing layer on a garden waterfall feature on top of the liner. Have tried several of the other flex seal products, the spray was quick and easy, the caulk worked decently as well for making a fillet and sealing cracks, but this? This was awesome, would definitely recommend in my situation. Brushed on with a 2 inch brush, layed out flat as it dried. Great build up, and one coat is really all it needed. If you're sealing a water feature, or basin for outdoor use, this works good. Just let it cure before you let any livestock/animals near it just to avoid making them sick.

This product, while I don't think it can pull off many of the amazing feats shown in the commercials, is a good product. When painting it on, the only viscosity comparison I can think of is caramel apple coating. It is thick, and pretty much stays where you put it, unless you put it on too heavy; and then it will drip. I don't know what the exact drying times are; but I leave it alone for a day, and then check to see if I need to put any more on. It is pricey, so I would suggest you get the least amount you need. I prefer the cans over the spray, as I do think the spray seems watered down. It comes in clear, black and white.

Seems to be a good product depending on the scope of the repair required. For large areas or deep holes it may not be the right solution. Chances are if your project needs more than the 32 oz can, than you may need to consider a different fix. In my case it was to seal a masonry joint running the length of my outdoor deck where the floor of the cement deck meets a stucco raised curb. I was getting water leakage into the room below, even from light rains. The application was easy. The look and texture seems similar to rubber cement. I used the clear and it dried nice and thin with just a little sheen. Hardly noticeable on the painted deck. I also applied it inside the drain scuppers and on the deck rail flanges for good measure. A few days later I test flooded the deck and not a drop of leakage below. In the attached photo note how the water beads up. This was a cheap and easy fix to a big problem so I’m a fan. Not sure how long it will last, but even if I have to apply it seasonally, it will be worth it

I used it to prevent water from being able to come in and it did a great job.

Good product. I have used it before

It worked as a short term fix. Did not work for full summer season. This is good if you want a short term fix as saving for the proper all inclusive fix. Others have had better results, which may be my error. It did not take long to dry. It was easy to install. Was okay value but I viewed as a temporary fix.

I used this product on the bottom and partially up the walls of my wood chicken coop. It's been a game-changer. So easy to clean and has survived summer and winters. It's pricey, but well worth it. My chickens have has zero illness or respiratory issues. It does get a little scratched up when mucking out the coop, but not enough to worry about. I would definitely use it again.

This product has fixed the leak in my fibreglass swimming pool at the moment. The ongoing test will be to see how the flexseal stands up in the long run with pool chemicals, in particular chlorine.

Muy práctico, pude sellar el espacio entre una lámina de policarbonato y cemento por donde se infiltraba el agua. Muy buena compra.
