Good. When I forget to take them for a couple of days I know about it. I go back to feeling sluggish and lazy so they do something for me. I will keep getting them.

This is a methylated multivitamin which simply means it’s in a form that our bodies can actually absorb. Not the supermarket brands that don’t. This brand is great, good value for money.

I’ve been using those since 2022 and feeling really good about my choice. I mostly use just one per day. I use two if I’ve been feeling really sick or under too much stress. I find that one or one and a half work fine for my wellbeing. Quality, natural ingredients.

These vitamins are all methylated (which is not always the case in other mixes) and they are really helping me in my fight against candida and h pylori. I cannot digest vitamins well or make enough of them (some get stolen by the bacteria too!). I struggled to fight the bad bacteria in the past without this supplement because the immune system and liver were depleted. Now I feel really stronger and no longer have severe die-off reactions (extreme fatigue, adrenal fatigue, heaviness of breath ). It is making a huge difference in my battle. I also add more vitamin C and magnesium Malate (even though these have some).Also synthetic vitamins used to keep me awake (because my body couldn't process them and they become toxic ) but I take the second tablet from these at 18h/20h and still not feel agitated.I just wish they had one adapted to pregnant women in case I become in the Future.

Well, I read the reviews, some saying they taste and smell foul, nope, not my lot anyhow, more a sort of Sanatogen smell, I don't mind it, the tablets are small enough to go down easily, and I really feel the benefit. I only take one a day, as my diet is pretty good, and I have Hashimotos, so need to be careful about iodine, but yes, I'll stick with these, I reckon. Late middle age, any bit of help is useful! And I don't have digestive issues with them either, actually, come to think of it IBS has disappeared, I wonder if there is a connection? I paid for these, only discovered them on Amazon and kind of liked the sound of them, no paid review here. They feel good to me.

C'est un produit qui réunit pratiquement toutes les vitamines et minéraux que l'on peut trouver dans les compléments alimentaires mêmes celles que l'on n'intègre pas souvent comme la vitamine K2 et D3. Il n'existe pas beaucoup de "cocktails" multivitamines complet ou elles sont présentes.C'est pour cela que j'ai choisi ce produit et je n'ai pas été déçu .En respectant les instructions de prise, on ressent vraiment une différence après quelques jours d'utilisation. Bien sûr dans un premier temps on ne ressent que les bienfaits du à la vitamine C et à une ou deux autres vitamines . Mais les bienfaits sont là, on ressent vite un reguin de vitalité au niveau physique et mental par la suite.De plus le récipient est en plastique assez rigide et peut donc être transporté dans n'importe quel sac de sport ou sacoche de travail . Le seul défaut qui n'en ai pas vraiment un, est le bruit des comprimés qui tapent contre le récipient lorsque vous le secouez. Le son n'est pas désagréable et dans mon cas c'est plutot un avantage je peux savoir vite si je ne l'ai pas oublié en secouant tout simplement .
