G4Free 11L Ultra Lightweight Backpack Small Foldable Rucksack Unisex Hiking Bag

An absolutely FANTASTIC bag, I bought this after I realised my airline allowed my carry-on baggage PLUS one 'accessory' item. So rather than just haul my carry-on bag onto the plane and every time I wanted headphones/kindle/book/sweeties/etc. go on a rummaging quest in the overhead lockers, I thought I'd buy this instead so I could put the essentials in it and sneak a little extra on board so I didn't have to pay for checking a suitcase in. PLUS then when I got to my destination I could chuck a bottle of water in it and a few bits and bobs for when I'm out of the hotel in the daytime. This bag was one of the best things I've ever bought on Amazon. It comes folded up and fits in your hand, when unfolded it's a super comfortable spacious backpack with a main zip compartment and a little zip compartment on the front, plus two side pouches. I walked all over new york in 30+ degree weather with this thing carrying a bottle of water, headphones, sunglasses, a hat, sweeties, paracetamol, and goodness knows what else and it was really really comfortable to wear and just so convenient to use. It weighs almost nothing yet is very spacious and strong. Quick to open/close/retrieve items and (I got the blue version) a very nice colour too. This will be my #1 essential item for all my future travels! Recommended!!!

I've had this rucksack for over 2 years now and really like it for its lightweight. It's very comfortable on my back even when I packed a lot into it. The downside to it being so lightweight is that it doesn't stand up. It doesn't have a solid bottom so it always flops over when you put down. Also, the material is very thin so it's easy to get holes, especially if you put it down on rough ground. I had to cover the holes with duck tape to prevent the holes from ripping open. It's been fine since and I still use it. Outside pockets could do with being a bit bigger though.

I was not sure I really wanted a rucksack, but with bad shoulders and back I did not want heavy handbags or totes for daysout/picnics/shopping or holidays, across the body and lop siding my shoulders, but this little sack is totally perfect! It packs away into itself (how great is that) and is waterproof (I actually gave it another coating as I do that with everything that I buy to wear) and extremely comfortable. The straps are wide and well placed and I liked the idea of having the canvas straps that adjust the length of the straps, crossing in front and I added a piece of velcrose so they fasten in front, which keeps the base nearer ones lower back. Lastly I made a plastic wrapped round base of heavy cardboard, so that placing packets of sandwiches/water bottles/plastic containers stand more upright. If that all sounds like a faff you can just leave it as is but at 75 I know what makes me happy and what drives me mad, so made these little adjustments. ALL in all it is GREAT value for money and the colour I chose, Blue, very fetching! Would heartily recommend for anyone not wanting anything very robust and therefore heavy, and I shall be packing mine for my late Summer holidays to take everytjhing I need with me. The main compartment zip hs tgs that you could put a lightweight lock on for safety in wear.

I bought this for a walking holiday in the Swiss Alps. It proved to be perfect. In mainly hot sunny weather I was able to easily fit in water bottle, anorak, lightweight fleece, camera and lunch - with some room to spare. In the heat of walking up the mountain paths I wanted something very lightweight and this fitted the bill perfectly. It hangs on the shoulders without a waist strap or back pads so not suitable to heavy or bulky loads - but that's not what its designed for. It also packs away tiny with a hanging belt loop so great for packing in luggage and for taking shopping. I didn't test its rain resistance.

Perhaps I didn’t read the information properly, but this bag is really, very flimsy. I ordered it to carry a waterproof jacket, iPad, drink and mini first aid kit for an upcoming trip. Although a tablet IS pictured in it in the information, there is no way I would risk carrying one in this bag. The material is very thin - similar to the fold up waterproof jacket I was going to put in it, with no padding at all. It felt as though it would tear easily so I returned it and ordered a sturdier G4Free bag instead. It is neat and quite roomy but I think would only be suitable for lightweight non valuable items.

Very glad with my purchase. I can fit my iPad 12x12 in it along with other bits and pieces. The design is great! the way the straps lead off from the top of the pack means the weight distribution is comfy while not adversely impacting / straining the material, which means there's longevity in this backpack. I also love the design and colour (which is true to image). I've not been out when it's raining, so can't comment on how wet weather will affect it. But it seems to be well made and of durable material. My only niggle is that it doesn't pack down very small, which really given the quality of material isn't surprising. Though you can fold, squash it up and it springs back out ok. So, can happily recommend if you're looking for a day backpack or something to carry around extra 'stuff' in !

Zainetto davvero leggerissimo, ma ben costruito e resistente. La misura, non troppo grande, si è rivelata perfetta per le mie esigenze. Molto pratica la suddivisione interna in due scompartimenti. Quando è chiuso può essere riposto in una borsa o bagaglio più grande occupando pochissimo spazio. È diventato un oggetto indispensabile per i miei viaggi.

Parfait quand je part en ballade ou en vacances. Il est confortable et pratique avec les deux filets pour mettre des bouteilles d'eau ou des gourdes sur le côté. Il faut jute bien ranger le contenu à l'intérieur car le tissu est fin (comme tous les sacs de ce genre) donc on sent les aspérités dans le dos) mais il permet de ranger pas mal de choses à l'intérieur et ne prend pas l'eau par temps de pluie. Je l'utilise souvent il est vraiment très bien. Le prix est très correct.
