I ordered this bag because my last work bag (eBags - Pro Weekender) was destroyed by my dog. I travel quite a bit for work... ~25% and I had kept snacks in my bag. My dog sniffed them out on multiple occasions and destroyed the inside pockets. Sad day, cause I loved that bag. Looking back now I spent $160 on that bag, and it had lasted me almost 4 years. Some quirks with the design, but I enjoyed it overall. Wasn't the most professional, or the most sleek looking bag, but it did it's duty and it was used a TON. This takes me to scouring the Amazon world for backpacks. I landed on this Mark Ryden. Why? For me the biggest reasons were: - Cost - Aesthetic - Storage Capacity - Tech (USB) I travel with my Steam Deck, plus tons of other tech related items, cables, etc. So I needed a bag that was big enough, that housed my items nicely, and had multiple separate compartments. When I got the bag I was extremely delighted. It's 'tall' so to speak, and I thought the price point was absolutely killer. Includes the same type of material on the inside as the Weekender eBag my dog destroyed. The functionality and design of this thing is just spot on. Quick, easy access to a ton of storage space and pockets. Everything I had found a home, EASILY. Top it off, I can now keep my backup battery plugged in and stored at all times! The USB dongle on the outside is top notch. I tested it immediately and it's a game changer for me personally. Using that on the fly is going to be awesome. Overall, the design is very business friendly. The straps are very comfortable. The design is really good... I mean really good. So much space to include so many electronics and headphones etc. I'm really in love with it. I hope it lasts 4 years like my other bag. A few cons: the material is definitely not "oil friendly" if you're eating something greasy, make sure you wash your hands before touching your bag. It can come out, so hope isn't lost btw use the directions on the bag tag. Another con is the water bottle holder. It's very sleek, but won't hold a big bottle. I'm OK with that.

I had ordered a highly rated expandable backpack, but there were no pockets storage! Great and lightweight for carrying only your 17" computer and charger for the day, and some rolled up clothes (when you expand it). But no pockets or other cool features -returned it. I needed more pockets! This is an amazing backpack. The feel of the material yells out "I'm water resistant" and good looking too. Top zipper pocket is ideal for often used items like sunglasses or keys. Right side has elastic opening for a water bottle (or your sunglasses)! Many laptop backpacks do not offer this feature anymore. Front pocket will fit a small iPad (small spiral note book here). Front main TOP zipper has lots of room for shoes (as advertised), and lots of pocket storage and a removable keychain. This was something that I wanted. Love hanging small items here that is easy to reach. The only issue here is that the zipper opening is small and you will need to dig around to get to stuff in the bottom. Unzip the main area for more pockets, zipper pocket, and ... I guess overnight travel clothes. (sunglasses show some of the storage areas). Like most new backpacks the computer is the last zipper storage area. Unzip for a Big and Generous area! My 17" MacBook Pro fit in the back pocket easily. There is also a small front pocket area for a small iPad or accessories. The back of the backpack has a hidden zipper pocket for valuable items (show here with a spiral note book - which does not fit in, only for demonstration purposes). How many backpacks offer a shoulder / chest cross strap, with a whistle? I love this feature as it gives you a more secure feeling while walking, carrying other items, running, or on public transportation. Robbers will not be able to pull the backpack off your shoulder as your are strapped in! The back of the backpack also has a "cross strap" that will fit over your standard carryon luggage for rolling around the airport. There is as big sturdy padded handle, much better than cheap lightweight backpacks. This becomes important when you load this baby up and carry it from the handle. And lastly there is a small zipper pocket on the Left Shoulder strap. Ideal for quick cash, credit card, ID, or to store your earbuds. Highly recommend this backpack if you are looking to replace an old school nylon outdoor backpack, looking for storage pockets , front shoulder cross strap, keychain holder, that will hold a 17" MacBook Pro, and a hidden water bottle pocket (or for your sunglasses)

1. Usb charge is working very well ✌🏻 2. Shape: soft shell, thought it would be rigid, but it is exactly as the pictures 3. Spacious with 3 pockets as described. 4. Has trolley belt, has a whistle, card pocket and secret pocket (as mentioned) 5. It isn't waterproof, but it is water resistant to some degree... interior had water when tried soaking it to see if it is waterproof, the outside is nylon i guess, don't think it can withstand heavy use or storms, seems like it can get cut anytime, other than that, it is water resistant, can withstand splashes (gonna try it in europe rainy weather then leave another review here) 6. Delivery was faster than expected, amazon showed it will arrive 3rd of jan but it arrived 29 december ! 7. Has many pockets and compartments, the side pocket for water bottle is kinda tricky cuz it has a semi cover that make it hard to put the bottle. 8. Zippers are good, has an opening for putting a lock in them. 8. It feels comforatble when wearing it, as it has padded back. And it is sewed nicely. Overall: has everything the seller said it has, except for waterproof , shall be changed in ad to water resistant, and durability is a concern.
