I bought this shock as a replacement for the original mono shock on my bike. The original shock worked, but was driving me nuts because I couldn’t get it to stop squeaking. This shock was a direct replacement and turned out to be a fantastic upgrade! While I haven’t been able to test it on the trails, it is working perfectly on the road. Solid price-point too.

The original rear shock on my e-bike simply wasn't absorbing bumps at all, during rides. Most likely, just too stiff for my 135lb body weight. I swapped it with the Sirwolf 125mm/550lb spring rate and couldn't be happier with my decision. Much, much better ride now, no doubt about it!Easy to install and a perfect fit on my JASION EB7 2.0, as well. Well worth the money!

Upgraded batteries, controllers, and rear shocks on three Razor MX650 bikes. This shock is easy to install, and gives you about an inch of extra height. Gives the bike a stiffer ride and helps for larger kids and adult riders.

I wanted to raise the height of my ebike, when I installed this shock it increased the height to 3 inches more. It's a good upgrade and nice looking shock absorber.

the damper/shock doesn't work at all, in addition, I didn't receive the same lbs/in as I ordered!!and it came with no bolts.

Bought to give a bike I found on the side of the road a bit more height and weight carrying capacity. At 170 lbs the spring is maxed out and is now super bouncy. If you’re my weight or higher go for the 1000lb spring. Either way don’t expect any damping effect, I’d go with an air shock next time
