Tea works, I do recommend drinking before bedtime once you wake up the magic happens. Taste isn’t bad, must incorporate with a healthy diet and plenty of water but helps with digestion, bloating etc.

I first tried this back in 2014 after a friend recommended it. At first, I thought it wouldn’t work since it took a while to kick in—until it hit all at once while I was driving and nowhere near a bathroom. Panic mode activated, for sure! 😂 Anyway, it definitely works. I still use it on occasion, but not regularly. I used to take it a lot, and it became less effective over time—I’d have to use multiple bags for it to do anything. That’s when I started worrying about my GI health and took a break. Now I only use it a few times a year when I need a little extra help with bloating or shedding a pound or two. I always take it on days when I plan to stay home because it’s potent. I’ve built up a tolerance, so the flavor doesn’t bother me anymore. I let it steep for a while before drinking, but be warned—it WILL make your stomach and GI feel like an earthquake is coming. But once it’s done, you’ll definitely feel less bloated. Just make sure to drink plenty of water!

It works. Easy to drink. I would recommend one to stay home once you drink the tea. It really cleanses as promised.

nothing happened. I think I got an old box. Even seeped for several minutes. This tea taste like the tea in a Chinese restaurant.

I have been drinking this tea for at least 10 years. I drink it at night time and it clears me out the next morning without being too harsh if you overindulge or your digestive system is off track. This is the best for me. I just make sure I relax the morning after I drink it at night and I am at home

First box worked excellent for cleansing...so I purchased a two pack...did absolutely nothing. Unreliable, so will not purchase again.

I use this tea, once in a while to keep my insides clean and give my body a detox. For anyone who hasn't had a cleanse before, there is a strong chance you will be on the toilet for a while 😀 I give out this tea to friends and family who complain about feeling bloated or grubby on the inside. By the end of the duration they feel so much better. Now for me, I've used this tea for years; I can handle the effects (Gas and many bathroom trips). Even for a seasoned pro; I strongly reccomend this tea for a weekend with no other plans. Take the Friday night, lose Saturday and awaken on Sunday. If you have a buffet coming up or just went to one, this tea is your friend! Too many takeouts during lockdown? This tea is your friend! Fresh start for the new year? This tea is your friend!

Normal tea for as there was no difference to drinking normal rea plus it was an acquired take personally didn't like the take but this is just me. Others might like the the take
