What glue do these come filled with

Did you not come filled with any glue. They are simply the syringes that you can use for a variety of glues.

Do these come with caps to avoid glue drying out? If not, are caps available?

Mine didn't so I used stick pins on the end so the glue didn't dry out

I’m not sure what you mean, but if you mean the orange needle part, it twisted off for me.

Will these handle yellow wood glue a/k/a Elmer’s wood glue or Titebond or are those too thick for this applicator?

I think wood glue would work just fine with these. The E6000 glue that I use in them is a very thick and they handle it just fine. You likely won't be able to get more than one or two uses out of them though.
