I love the fact they are rechargeable by either usb or sunlight! I use them daily while walking the dog. They are also bright, they weigh about the same as other flashlights, they have many different functions and are a good value.

This is a solid built flashlight; it has easy to use light settings for regular lighting, spotlight, emergency red light and hands-free (with the included magnet) light; for using the compass, the compass cap has to be completely removed from the flashlight, as the battery inside the flashlight as well as the metal casing cause the compass to point to inaccurate direction. It’s a bit on the heavy side for a small flashlight, but it feels durable; it comes with a small half a plastic ring which protects the power button from being accidentally powered on; the ring reads, “Remove before use”; you must remove the half ring in order to power on the flashlight, but ‘do not’ discard the plastic half-ring; like I mentioned above, it prevents the flashlight from being accidentally turned on if it is left in a backpack, and the power button is pushed by accident; that will deplete the battery. It also has the seatbelt cutter and a glass braking hammer; it includes a small USB cable, which can be used to recharge the flashlight via computer USB, or it can be used to recharge a cellphone or other small USB C electronics. Overall the flashlight is great for the price; the illumination is very good as it is the conveniences I mentioned above; this is a very helpful tool in case of emergencies, like during/after hurricanes, snow storms and the like.

We purchased several of these for our cars about 5 or 6 years ago. Gave 2 away and kept 3, one for walking the dog at night and one for each of our cars. The one we use nearly every day finally died a couple of months ago. It wouldn't keep a charge. So we got about 5 years of life out of it. The other two continue to work perfectly. Our recent purchase was to replace the one that died and for Christmas stocking stuffers for our family.

I like the fact it's a multi-functional product. I keep one in my car and bought one for my daughter and one for her friend.

I like the flashlight. But the magnet, is not strong at all. It slides off the fridge, slides off the car, very poor magnet

So many amazon lights don’t work! This one is awesome ! Perfect for the car

I highly recommend you have one or more of these. Very functional piece.
